Nicole Popolizio leads strategic partnerships at Energage, strengthening corporate relationships and driving growth. With over a decade at Energage, she transitioned from a successful sales directorship to develop deep expertise in partner relationship management and corporate partnership development. She is passionate about guiding organizations to unlock their full potential and believes that at the heart of any successful culture is a leadership mindset focused on people, performance, and results.
Over the past 11 years, Nicole has partnered with numerous Fortune 500 companies to craft strategic solutions that help leaders define and strengthen organizational cultures—empowering them to achieve business goals even amid rapidly changing market conditions and competitive pressures.
Prior to Energage, Nicole spent four years in healthcare with a division of Optum, managing relationships with 175 large hospital systems across the U.S. and collaborating with clinical teams on compliance solutions to navigate evolving policies.
A former Penn State student-athlete, Nicole earned her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business Management. She lives in Downingtown, PA, with her husband, Dominic, and their two sons. In her free time, she’s on the soccer field with her boys or competing in endurance challenges such as triathlons and Hyrox races.
