HI, I'M LUKE.

Meet Luke Fisher, the heart and soul behind Mo, a platform that's all about helping teams create workplaces where people genuinely want to be. Luke's on a mission to show that brilliant company culture isn't just a nice-to-have but what makes teams thrive, feel connected, and do brilliant work together.

Through Mo, Luke's helping organizations around the world turn their values from poster-board promises into real, everyday habits that bring teams closer and give everyone a sense of purpose. It's culture you can actually see and feel in action.

Luke’s journey started at WorldPay, where he got to see firsthand how the right culture can make teams unstoppable and how tricky it can be to keep that magic alive as companies grow.

That lightbulb moment sparked the idea for Mo, which is all about making culture something you build on purpose, not something you just hope happens.

Beyond his work with Mo, Luke, who studied at the London School of Economics, loves sharing what he's learnt about leadership, getting people excited about change, and what the future of work might look like. Luke's all about helping managers create those special workplaces where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to bring their best selves to work every day.
