The Psychology of Performing Through Pressure and Change
Tuesday, April 13, 8:30 AM
Pressure and change are unavoidable, but they do not have to determine how we lead, communicate, or perform.
In this engaging keynote, Lindsay Schiess combines performance psychology, practical tools, and meaningful
stories to help leaders respond more effectively when demands are high. Using her Regulate, Reframe,
Reconnect framework, participants will learn how to manage their internal responses, think more flexibly, and
strengthen the relationships that support individual and organizational performance.
Keynote learning objectives:
Recognize how pressure affects thinking, behavior, communication, and performance.
Apply practical strategies to regulate stress and reframe challenges.
Use connection intentionally to strengthen trust, engagement, and team resilience.
